"Loyalty points are actually worth using"
I’ve been ordering from them for a while now, mostly CDs and merch, and the loyalty points have been a nice little bonus. It feels good getting some yen back on stuff I was already planning to buy.
It’s not like you’re getting a massive discount every single time, but after a few orders it definitely adds up and helps take the sting out of shipping. The whole process is easy too, especially using the points at checkout.
I’ve never had any issues with the points showing up or applying them to an order. If you order from Japan often, it’s a simple reward system that actually feels useful

I ordered the CD mainly because it came with the external bonus, and thankfully it arrived exactly as listed. The bonus was included, nothing was missing, and the packaging was fine too. that’s all you can really ask for, if something is advertised, it should be sent properly. Happy with the purchase.

I had to send one item back because the size was wrong. The return wasn’t the quickest and replies took a little while, but I did get my refund in the end. All fine overall, just could’ve used faster updates

I’ve ordered from CDJapan a few times now, and the payment part has always been easy. My card goes through quickly, and I get the confirmation almost right away. No strange errors or annoying issues. Kind of regret not using them earlier, because the checkout process has been hassle-free every time.

I ordered a CD from cdjapan.co and it showed up way faster than I expected (which was a nice surprise). The tracking updated normally, and they shipped it out really quickly after I placed the order. I’m used to waiting a while for packages from Japan, so this was great. No problems at all, I’d definitely order from them again

I ordered a few Japanese CDs from CDJapan and, i was half-expecting something to be a little off because you never really know with online listings. But everything showed up legit, sealed, and exactly as described. So I guess they proved me wrong. I felt safe buying there and I’d definitely use them again.

I ended up changing my mind after placing the order, and luckily the cancel option was still available. The refund took a little longer than I expected, which felt kind of unnecessary, but overall it wasn’t a big hassle.

I used CDJapan’s proxy shopping service for a few items I couldn’t seem to order directly from the shop, and overall it went well. The process was fairly easy, and they kept me updated when they needed to. My package arrived safely, and the fees seemed clear enough to me. It did take a little while, but I guess that’s kind of expected with this sort of service. I’d probably use them again.

I ordered a few CDs from CDJapan a while back, and from what I remember, their prices were better than most of the other sites I checked. The shipping wasn’t exactly cheap, but the CDs themselves were priced fairly enough that it still felt worth it. I also remember they had a couple of editions I couldn’t find anywhere locally, which was the main reason I went with them. Overall, I was happy with the order and I’d probably use CDJapan again when I’m looking for Japanese music.

I ordered from CDJapan and everything went smoothly overall, so no major complaints there. The only thing that threw me off was trying to change something after placing the order, it wasn’t as simple as I expected.
If you catch it early, some changes seem possible, but after a certain point it feels like you either have to reach out to support or cancel and place the order again. Not a huge deal, but I do wish it was a little more flexible. Has anyone else run into this too?

They had a really good selection, honestly. I went in looking for a few specific things and ended up finding most of what I wanted, which was nice. I did wander around a bit because I kept getting distracted by other stuff, but overall it was a good experience.

I’d been looking all over for this item and felt kind of trapped because every other shop either didn’t have it or wasn’t clear about stock. CDJapan actually had it, and I really appreciated that the availability was shown upfront so I wasn’t wasting time going through checkout just to be disappointed. Ordering was simple too, which was a relief. Overall, happy with the experience.

I used cdjapan.co.jp to order a few CDs, and for once I didn’t feel like I was being set up for a headache. The site was easy to figure out, search actually worked, pages loaded quickly, and checkout wasn’t some confusing mess like it often is elsewhere. I also appreciated that the shipping options were shown clearly before I paid, because I hate when sites spring extra costs on you at the last second. It’s not the fanciest-looking website, but i don’t even care as long as it does what I need. I placed my order without any issues, which was a relief.

CDJapan has been fine overall, but I do wish the shipping carrier choices at checkout were a little more flexible. Sometimes the option that’s usually cheaper or works better for my area just isn’t listed, even when I’m only ordering something small. It’s not a huge problem, just a bit annoying when I’m trying to pick the best shipping method...

I’ve had a good experience using CDJapan when I’ve got a few releases coming out around the same time. I kind of assume now that if the dates are close enough, there’s a decent chance I can combine the shipments and save a bit on postage. It also means fewer boxes showing up, which is nice. The timing doesn’t line up perfectly every single time, but most of the time it works the way I expect.
